SHIPPING INFORMATION UNITED KINGDOM

All our articles are indicated with a stock status. All items with the stock status 'in stock' are ordered on workdays before 10pm and sent the same day. Articles that are not directly in stock generally have a delivery time of one to three business days. If one of the ordered items is not in stock, we wait until the order is complete before we ship it (this also applies to orders with personalised products). This is how we keep shipping costs low and our prices competitive.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders* placed before 10pm will be dispatched the same day. The lead time for delivery is within 3 working days.

*The above indications apply to items that are in stock. If products are not in stock, the shipping will delay with 1-3 business days. This will be indicated with the products and in the shopping cart. If products are ordered on Friday that are not in stock, they can only be sent on Tuesday at the earliest.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders are shipped via the services of DPD, DHL, Spring, B2C, UPS, Fedex, and Royal Mail. On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email with the track and trace code. Through this code, you can see on what day and what time the package will be delivered.

All orders are shipped with a tracking code and duty-paid.

Please note that we do not ship to Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man.

  • Only outbound shipments via Royal Mail can be returned to us directly.
  • Returns for DPD shipments must be arranged by the customer.

When does the warranty period start?

The warranty period of a product always starts on the invoice date of the first, original purchase. Please note: the warranty period is not extended after the delivery of a replacement product. Each warranty period is expressed in years and is not the same as the lifespan of a lamp.
